Details 4x10 hour shifts per week Schedule includes Monday 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Tuesday 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and Wednesday 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Backup call required every 9th weekend, with holiday coverage possible Facility uses the Canon CT system Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatric Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist preferred Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required; license required if applicable Current advanced ARRT CT registration strongly preferred Two professional references required for consideration Active MA license required for consideration if applicable to specialty Additional Information Performs CT imaging to produce diagnostic images that assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury Responsible for radiation safety compliance in accordance with Federal and State regulations and departmental standards Participates in annual education documentation including dose optimization concepts per Image Wisely and Image Gently guidelines May serve as a preceptor for new employees and assist in training students, interns, and externs Assists in the evaluation of new imaging equipment as needed Reports to the Section Leader of CT Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be offered at a discounted rate These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
