Patient Coordinator – Ageless Men's Health Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Pay: $26 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). Must be available for scheduling during normal business hours. Job Type: Full-time Join the Nation's Leader in Men's Health We have 90+ clinics nationwide and are seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Cherry Hill location. As the face of our clinic, you'll create exceptional experiences from the moment patients walk through the door to the time they leave. You'll own the front office by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and building lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their care. As our Patient Coordinator, you'll get to know patients by name, provide concierge-level service, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of our practice. What We Offer $26/hour, full-time, Monday–Friday schedule No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO), paid parental leave, short-term disability, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts Supportive, team-oriented environment Career growth opportunities within a national healthcare organization Your Responsibilities Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk‑in appointments Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting required Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software Experience with lead follow‑up or patient outreach is a plus Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness About Ageless Men's Health Ageless Men's Health is the national leader in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and men's wellness.
