CDL Bus Driver - BWI Airport

Job Summary Bus Driver – Baltimore, MD (BWI Airport). Responsible for the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities Execute safe operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations. Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment. Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications 21 years or older. Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement. Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination when applicable. Physical Requirements Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of the role is performed outdoors, often alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day) and walk long distances on uneven or slippery surfaces. Push/pull and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access equipment at ground level. Endure heavy traffic conditions and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise. Benefits Starting pay: $26.00 per hour. Vacation: up to 14 days per year. Paid sick leave: 8 hours/month for full‑time; 5 hours/month for part‑time. Medical, dental, & vision after 90 calendar days.
