Senior Product Designer (Remote)

The Senior Product Designers at Weedmaps are principal-level individual contributors who set the vision for design excellence across the product organization. In this role, you will operate as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership, driving initiatives that have company-wide impact and shaping the long-term direction of Weedmaps’ user experience. You are a systems thinker with a proven ability to influence at scale — aligning design strategy with business outcomes, guiding teams through ambiguity, and ensuring cohesive, high-quality experiences across platforms. Beyond execution, you play a critical role in defining design principles, standards, and best practices that elevate the entire design function.
