Responsibilities:

Administer long-acting antipsychotic injections
Perform phlebotomy tasks
Coordinate prescription refills
Handle prior authorizations
Room patients and conduct medication reconciliations

Requirements:

1 year experience in any psychiatric setting
BLS and WA state or compact LPN license
CPI or MOAB certification
Proficiency in EPIC (any version)
Skilled in using Outlook and phone communication
