Refresh Dental is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our professional team. Dental hygienist

Clinical Treatment: Perform high-quality dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while focusing on periodontal health.

Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough oral health screenings, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting.

Preventative Care: Apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventative agents as required.

Diagnostics: Capture and interpret digital radiographs to assist in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning.

Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and counsel patients on the link between oral health and overall wellness.

Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to coordinate seamless patient care and maintain accurate electronic records.

part-time $38 - $43 per hour

Work Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Education: Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.

Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.

Patient Care: A genuine commitment to providing direct, high-quality patient care with a gentle touch.

Experience: While entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply, previous experience in a private or group practice is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern dental software and digital imaging technology.
