• Local: Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods**

• Regional: Home every other day with 2 consecutive days off per week
\n
• If assigned a mountain load, it is typically a 2-day run
\n
• Premium pay package: Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience $84,500-$85,800 annually (70 - 80 CPM) PLUS additional bonuses*
\n
• Consistent miles: Drivers average 1,700 miles weekly, 1-3 loads per day & 13 stops weekly
\n
• New equipment: All trucks are new 2025 models, with automatic transmissions
\n

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. Local loads begin at the Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora, CO, delivering to King Soopers grocery stores throughout CO & Cheyenne, WY & deliver to the same stores throughout the area with predictable routes. Regional drivers operate primarily in Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah, averaging 1,700 weekly miles.
