Medical Provider (NP/PA) - Integrative & Functional Medicine

Location: Holladay, UT (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams.

• Order and interpret specialized laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using conventional and functional medicine therapies.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, and lifestyle modifications.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Utah medical regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Utah NP, or PA license.

• Active DEA license.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (where applicable).

• Functional or integrative medicine experience preferred.

• ILADS training/certification and experience treating Lyme disease, mold illness, autoimmune disorders, and hormone imbalances are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000-$175,000 annually
