Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling and networking to introduce our insurance services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is protected with the right coverage.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide value while meeting client budget requirements.
Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture relationships and close sales.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service.
Participate in local community activities to build brand awareness for the agency.
Requirements
Washington State Property and Casualty insurance license.
Strong comfort level with cold calling and initiating new business conversations.
Proven track record of success in commission-based sales roles.
Exceptional ability to listen and translate client needs into effective coverage solutions.
High level of comfort using computers and web-based agency management systems.
