Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

Magnolia Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to provide hospice care to patients in home, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living facilities. The RN will coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team and assume responsibility for the care plan, working independently without on-site supervision.
