Check out our many videos to learn more! Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:- Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians
- Assigns duties to service technician
- Prepares quotes on service jobs
- Enters sales orders for service jobsOrders parts for service jobs
- Orders parts for service jobs
- Assigns labor to service jobs
- Invoices service jobs
- Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule
- Experience in pump service and fabrication
- Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals
- Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
- Knowledgeable of computers and technology
- Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Working Conditions: Office and shop environment
- Training/Certifications: N/A
- Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime
- Travel: Minimal local travel
- Education: High School Diploma
- Location: USA:TX:Odessa
DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
