Salesforce Delivery Lead

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Program Manager to support a large-scale Salesforce reimplementation with significant downstream impact to Workday Financials and Finance operations. This role will provide end-to-end coordination across Finance, Business Technology, Product, and program teams to ensure priorities, dependencies, risks, testing, and delivery activities remain aligned. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a complex, fast-moving transformation environment with multiple concurrent workstreams and tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities ● Lead integrated roadmap and delivery planning across multiple Finance and cross-functional workstreams. ● Establish and manage program priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and critical-path activities. ● Coordinate across Finance, Business Technology, Salesforce, Workday, and program teams to drive alignment and timely execution for finance ● Facilitate cross-functional planning, working sessions, and scope change needs and ensure actions and decisions are driven to closure. ● Maintain clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, resource constraints, and areas requiring leadership escalation. ● Coordinate Finance readiness across releases, including testing, cutover, and stabilization activities. ● Support execution during critical Finance blackout and year-end periods where timelines and resource availability are highly constrained. ● Drive accountability across multiple teams while proactively identifying gaps that could impact Finance or program delivery. ● Prepare executive summaries and presentations. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of program, portfolio, or delivery management experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations. ● Demonstrated experience managing complex Salesforce/CRM implementations or reimplementations. ● Experience working with Finance and ERP platforms; Workday Financials experience strongly preferred. ● Strong experience with Jira, Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. ● Understanding of Finance processes and upstream/downstream system dependencies. ● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously. ● Strong executive communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills. ● Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with limited direction. ● Experience supporting major releases during quarter-end or year-end Finance periods is highly desirable.
