Warehouse SpecialistJoin our team and play a key role in inventory management, material handling, and pharmaceutical warehouse operations while maintaining the highest GMP and safety standards.Job Description: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for organization of inventory in the warehouse, as well as tracking and facilitation of shipping and receiving. The Specialist will be working with pharmaceutical ingredients and is expected to adhere to strict GMP guidelines. Maintaining a safe work environment is imperative.Responsibilities:Generate new warehouse shipping and receiving delivery packing slipsRecording, documenting, and tracking inventory via SAPMaterial handling and sortingInspecting items upon receiving shipmentsForklift operationResponsible for keeping work area clean, organized, and free of clutterFollow Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety GuidelinesQualification and Experience: Relevant experience or course work in warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience will be preffered. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and GMP/regulatory requirements. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred. Experience operating a forklift is required. Driving company Truck is Preferred. Knowledge of GMP strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Two to three years Experience with SAP is required.Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally. Base salary range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with New Jersey Pay Transparency requirements.
