ORMB Billing & National/Local Account Specialist

W3R Consulting in Chicago, IL is seeking a Billing Account Specialist responsible for day-to-day account setup and maintenance for national and local accounts. You will support account conversion activities, including testing, and provide SME guidance for account setup processes. Responsibilities include monitoring reports for anomalies, interfacing with internal/external teams, and ensuring SLAs are met.
