Position Summary Supports the business by measuring and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of work processes in claim processing and/or customer service that impact customer satisfaction, medical cost management, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Must report into the office Tuesday- Thursday in Franklin, TN 1+ years working experience 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Experience in a high production environment Ability to review and triage documents, policy processes, and procedures Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & handle multiple workloads/assignments Ability to collaborate with team members to resolve any issues Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare claims auditing Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Education High School Diploma or up to 1 year equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
