Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianA growing organization is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join their operations team across multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical expertise, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and facility infrastructureDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures using appropriate testing tools and equipmentRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to complete repairs accuratelyCoordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operationsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history within the computerized maintenance management systemRespond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to restore operationsEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policiesSupport installation and commissioning of new equipment and assist with facility improvement projects as neededCommunicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and vendors regarding work orders, parts procurement, and repair statusRequirementsMinimum of two years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility settingDemonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatics, and hydraulicsAbility to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manualsFamiliarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other critical safety protocolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressureBasic computer skills for entering work orders and maintaining maintenance logsWillingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call shifts as requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade certification or vocational training preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in a related field is preferredScreening QuestionsHow many years of experience do you have relevant to this Maintenance Technician role?Do you hold any required licenses or certifications for this position?Are you available to work onsite in ?
