We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our teams in San Diego and Riverside . We have exciting opportunities for experienced engineers, surveyors, and managers who are passionate about their work and ready to lead.

We Are Looking For Candidates With:

• A Strong Educational & Professional Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field. Professional registration (PE, PLS) is highly preferred and often required.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in traffic engineering, land surveying, or construction management, with a demonstrated history of managing projects and teams.
• Leadership & Management Skills: The ability to supervise and mentor staff, manage project schedules and budgets, and develop strong, positive relationships with clients, public agencies, and in-house staff.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Synchro, Vistro, Trimble Business Center) and a deep understanding of California codes, standards, and procedures.
• Independent Drive: Strong independent thought, decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Leading and supervising design teams and CAD drafters/technicians.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and proposals.
• Preparing and processing engineering plans, surveys, and technical reports (e.g., Traffic Impact Analyses, ALTA surveys).
• Interacting directly with clients and public agencies to ensure project success.
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
