  • Prior experience leading a team, assigning work, or training employees strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse organization, and safe material-handling practices.

  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, warehouse software, and standard office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds regularly, with heavier team lifts as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and work in varying warehouse temperatures for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around moving trucks and loading areas.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customer belongings are accurately tracked, secure, and damage-free.
  • Warehouse space is clean, organized, and ready for daily pickups and deliveries.
  • Crews receive the right goods, materials, and equipment on time.
  • Inventory discrepancies, damages, and safety concerns are identified quickly and handled correctly.
  • Warehouse staff work safely, productively, and with clear direction.
