Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Employing radiographic and CT techniques to secure high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Working closely with radiologists and the extended care team to ensure accurate diagnoses
• Precisely positioning patients and calibrating equipment for optimal imaging outcomes
• Adhering strictly to radiation safety protocols to ensure safety for both patients and coworkers
• Maintaining current records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
• Providing compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experiences
• Assisting in the development of a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program required

Necessary Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography required
• Valid BLS certification or ability to secure within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting efficiently to changing circumstances

• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software is essential
