Desktop Support Technician

Title Config Tech II
Location: 35 Hub Dr Melville, NY 11747 Pay Rate: $28-30/HR
Responsibilities:
- Provide mostly in person/deskside support with limited remote support.
- Image and configure Windows and Mac devices for new hires – install necessary applications based on department specific applications and use SCCM and JAMF to image computers.
- Troubleshoot: VPN connectivity, Office applications, Windows and Mac certificates, provide meeting support when requested
