Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions effectively and accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician directives and established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to quality assurance practices within the unit.
• Float between units as needed and maintain flexibility in staffing assignments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience in an emergency room setting.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC.
• Familiarity with MedHost EDIS and ability to maintain detailed patient records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Able to work flexible schedules including night shifts and weekends.
