Marketing Assistant

TexL Campaigns is seeking an energetic, innovative leader to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. Our Marketing Assistant works side-by-side with our Campaign Manager and will work closely with our sales teams. Our Marketing Assistant strives to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive thepipeline for net new target demographics as well as customer acquisition opportunities. You will create a marketing mix consisting of regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support with visibility and insights into local markets. Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions Increase retention via successful marketing presentations Coach, train and encourage junior team members Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis Setup and activate new customers accounts Engage prospective customers on a one-on-one basis Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications is preferred A competitive mindset is a plus!
