Working remotely, the full-time Injury Adjuster will deliver an industry-leading claims experience by confirming coverage, determining liability, and managing a portfolio of personal auto insurance claims across multiple states. Key responsibilities Delivers an exceptional claims experience for policyholders and claimants Confirms coverage and determines liability for various accident scenarios Evaluates and settles injury claims, including those represented by attorneys Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience handling personal auto insurance claims across multiple states Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty principles Experience managing complex personal auto claims through closure Familiarity with claims best practices required
