About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimize its operational strategies across all business facets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless delivery of high-quality products and experiences, driving efficiency, and profitability. This role involves overseeing all daily operations, from production to service, and managing inventory and logistics. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with developing and executing strategies to scale operations, grow event and community sales, and build a strong operational foundation to support long-term growth. Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include operational leadership, event and community sales strategy development, team leadership and development, financial performance management, and ensuring product and experience quality. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of operational leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a strong background in baked goods or specialty food concepts. Experience in event-driven sales or community-based initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing and scaling operations, a deep understanding of restaurant logistics, inventory, and labor management, and a strong focus on employee development and engagement. Financial acumen, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and fostering community connections are also essential.
