Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | Every 4th or 5th weekend (Ortho cases only)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases in a home health setting
• Provide education and information to patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence
• Participate in required discharge planning and complete all required documentation in accordance with policy
• Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance functional performance
• Manage an expected caseload of 6–7 weighted visits per day
• Maintain a valid Virginia Physical Therapist State License (may be pending at time of submittal)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Virginia PT State License required (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
• CPR certification required
• Virginia or compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal — no exceptions
• No prior license or background hits will be accepted — no exceptions
• Candidates whose permanent address is less than 50 miles from the facility may still be considered for this allied position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Home Health experience strongly preferred
• Experience with MatrixCare or Epic EMR systems preferred, though not required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
