Public Health Nurse: Community Health & Family Care

The Coshocton Chamber seeks a Public Health Nurse to support the Complex Medical Help (CMH) and related programs. The role includes home visits, community outreach, education, and coordination with families and local providers to ensure access to care and services.
Responsibilities include caseload management, health screenings, immunizations, and documentation, with emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across the health department and partner
