Position Overview

As a Door Knocking Setter , you are the first point of contact with homeowners. Your role is to generate qualified appointments for our roofing and exterior specialists by educating homeowners on potential storm damage, inspections, and insurance opportunities.

This is a high-energy, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and earning based on performance.

Compensation Structure

• Competitive hourly base pay

• Uncapped commission per qualified appointment and closed deal

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods (door-to-door outreach)

• Engage homeowners professionally and confidently

• Educate prospects on:

  • Free roof inspections

  • Storm / hail damage awareness

  • Insurance claim assistance

• Set qualified appointments for roofing inspections

• Track activity and appointments daily

• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive, resilient, and self-motivated attitude

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

• Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

• Coachable and driven to improve
