Theut Products, Inc. is hiring a full-time Local CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team! If you're a dependable, safety-minded driver who enjoys being home every night and working for a family-owned company with nearly 90 years of success, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a dump truck delivering sand, gravel, stone, topsoil, asphalt, and other aggregate materials.
• Complete local deliveries to residential, commercial, and construction job sites, with most deliveries within the local area and occasional trips up to 30 miles.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials.
• Complete delivery tickets and required DOT paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist with other yard or delivery duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license.
• Air Brake Endorsement required.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Previous dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to safely maneuver a dump truck on construction sites and in residential areas.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine vehicle inspections.
