Smithtown Center is looking to hire for the RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager position . We are an exceptional team-oriented facility where we thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible. Our goal is to Recruit, Retain and Reward our staff. Salary: $50-52/hr 3 days a week mon, wed, fri 9-5

Qualifications and role of a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager
- NY Nursing License with previous managerial LTC experience
- Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures
- Sets Unit goals and standards
- Consults with physicians as necessary
- Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care
