Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
