• Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Monday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM

Week 2

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Monday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages

• Utilize computerized systems to track and maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and communications

• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and performing other administrative tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding spaces

• Provide basic assistance to residents and families, such as escorting them to their appointments or providing general information about the facility

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
