Key Skills & Responsibilities Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions. Master of Midnight Math: Own the night audit, balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate. Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Keep the property safe with regular security walks. The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management insight. Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth. Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs, with the ability to troubleshoot independently. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. One year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
