Workday Developer

Workday DeveloperWe are recruiting for a Workday Developer who will be leading development efforts for Workday Timekeeping, MasterWorks System Integrations. The Workday Developer will work closely with key stakeholders and senior technology leaders. To be successful, the Workday Developer needs to be familiar with REST and SOAP web services as well as batch file processing. Familiarity with Workday time-keeping, HR and financial modules is required.Expected Responsibilities:Develop and configure Workday integrations according to best practicesConfigure Workday workflows and reports as neededUnit test code and support bug fixes as neededParticipant in technical meetings and provide guidance as neededSubmit code for review by peers and resolve any outstanding code issuesDeploy code as needed into Workday lower environmentsQualifications:Minimum three years of current, professional development experience on Workday platform. Experience leading large scale Workday development efforts. Other qualifications include:Minimum of three years full lifecycle experience with Workday integrations.Proven experience with Workday Core Connectors, custom reporting and EIBs, XLST, and Workday Studio required.Project management experience to own the full lifecycle of integration creation.Excellent communication, organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.Ability to demonstrate good judgment, mature business skills, and exercise independent judgment.Candidate must be a very good communicator and relay status effectivelyRequired Skills: Around 5 years of Workday Developer experience (open to 2-3 years for very sharp candidates).
