About This Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Teacher to join our team, responsible for creating a supportive and engaging environment that fosters the social, emotional, and early academic growth of our 3- and 4-year-old students.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum by developing classroom activities that align with developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
• Lead by example, mentoring and guiding the teaching team to achieve success through modeling and coaching.
• Create engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth among children, either individually or in groups.
• Maintain regular communication with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations.
• Maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment, adhering to standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must clear a full background check and pass a health screening.
• Ability to work full-time hours.
• High School diploma.
• Must be certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
• High energy and ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents), fostering a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience.
• Ability to perform frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, and to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.

Nice To Haves

We appreciate candidates with a background in early childhood education and experience working with children aged 3-5. Proficiency in a second language is also a plus.
