Strategic Program Manager

Working remotely, the full-time Strategic Program Manager will manage complex programs for leading enterprises and startups, ensuring timely product launches while maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and logistics. Key responsibilities Act as the primary customer advocate, building relationships to enhance customer experiences and loyalty Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery, proactively managing risks and changes throughout the program lifecycle Monitor and report on program milestones, making necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations and quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in engineering or manufacturing environments Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) Expertise in manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, or Injection Molding Strong program management and risk management skills, with proficiency in standard program management tools
