Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support a Baptist Primary Care office located in South Ponte Vedra, FL. This individual will work closely with a dedicated provider, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up care. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting providers during patient visits, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating diagnostic testing and treatment plans, processing prescription refill requests, and managing referrals to ensure continuity of care. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting a collaborative and patient-focused clinical team.

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma/GED • 1+ years’ patient care experience • Experience in a physician’s office • Certified medical assistant • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross • Must be willing to provide documentation or obtain vaccinations included below: ○ Hep B, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Flu (seasonal), MMR vaccine • Dependability, attendance • Patience • Previous Epic experience • Women's health experience • Associate's degree
