Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Location: Newport, NC
Position: Part Time
Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour + $500.00 90-day sign on bonus and 50% pay for last minute client cancelations

Schedule: Monday through Friday. Current hours are approximately 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the school year, hours shift to approximately 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Saturday opportunities from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
• Behavior Technician applicants who have completed the required 40 hour training within the past 60 days are encouraged to apply
• Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Newport service area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
