Restaurant Manager
Are you tired of the mindless corporate regime or grinding through nights and weekends in full service? My Burger is looking for a restaurant manager to lead our Skyway location and jump on board a growing concept! This is a unique opportunity for a full-time leadership role with weekday, daytime hours and the support you need to grow your career with a locally owned brand.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime only: approximately 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
- No nights. No weekends.
Objective:
To lead daily operations at our Skyway location through strong execution of systems, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership. This role is responsible for guiding the team, maintaining high standards, and driving sales through consistency and efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the team during daily service, both front of house and in the kitchen
- Ensuring smooth execution of operational systems, food quality, and service standards
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Driving sales growth through operational excellence and disciplined execution
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run restaurant environment
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a restaurant manager or similar leadership role
- Ability to confidently work both kitchen and front-of-house positions
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset
- Proven ability to grow sales through systems, execution, and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and pride in running a great restaurant
