Practice Areas Construction Defect Litigation Insurance Defense Employment Litigation Civil Rights Defense Commercial Litigation Product Liability Transportation Litigation Complex Civil Litigation Workers' Compensation and Industrial Insurance Defense Responsibilities Manage and support a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
