Assistant Manager

Rad Air Assistant Managers act as the customer service point of contact for our clients and assist the Service Manager/Owner in daily shop tasks as needed. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answer phones during business hours to assist clients with appointment scheduling, provide business information (location, hours, etc.) and address general inquiries. Greet walk-in clients in a polite, professional manner and collect information related to their service visit and their vehicle’s issue. Review repair orders with clients and secure approvals to proceed with repairs. Process loaner vehicle paperwork and walk clients through loaner car process and loaner car operation. Enter new client data into our Point of Sale system, Tekmetric. Contact clients via phone and text with updates on the status of their vehicle’s repairs. Perform vehicle delivery process with client which includes collecting payment, explaining services performed, reviewing warranty coverage and showing old parts. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a clean client-facing reception area at all times. Respond to Google Reviews in a timely fashion. Shuttle clients to home/work as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
