Partners In Recovery LLC in Jackson, MI, is seeking a Nurse Care Manager to provide trauma-informed care and care coordination. This full-time role involves engaging with consumers, conducting assessments, and collaborating with community partners to ensure timely and appropriate care. Candidates must be licensed RNs with either an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
