RN Float Pool

Role: Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations. Adapt quickly to different clinical settings. Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient status. Document care accurately in the EHR, ensuring safety and infection control standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Mentor peers and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Must be a licensed RN with relevant experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
