The Difference You Will Make This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area. The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools at your assigned work area. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (required). ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization (required). TABC Certification where applicable. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area. Location and Travel Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
