The Opportunity

This is an onsite role south of Dayton, OH.

Are you an organized HR professional who enjoys being at the center of employee experience, recruiting, and HR operations? We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an HR Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate interviews and support the recruiting process from scheduling through onboarding

• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring initiatives and employee communications

• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment records

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries

• Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and employee documentation

• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR compliance initiatives

• Assist with audits and ensure accurate, confidential recordkeeping

What We're Looking For:

• HR experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's degree preferred
