Hospital responsibilities are shared equally between our pediatricians and include presence at deliveries and C‑sections (only when there is a concern), inpatient rounding and ED consultations. A four‑day work week with dedicated administrative time. Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives. Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.
