Position: Behavioral Health RN

Shift: Night shift, with varying shifts rotating between day and night.

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health. The Behavioral Health RN will work closely with patients to provide emotional support and ensure their mental well-being in a clinical setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to meet performance expectations, as evaluations will determine ongoing employment status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and track therapeutic responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
• Maintain patient records and documentation as per organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
