Inside Sales Representative – Automotive Advertising

Austin, TX | Onsite | Contract-to-Hire | $60K Base Equivalent + Commission

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to sell advertising solutions directly to car dealerships for a growing, family-owned company in Austin.

You won't spend your day building cold prospect lists. The company provides the leads—you focus on having the conversation, demonstrating value and closing the business .

What You'll Do

• Sell advertising solutions to automotive dealerships
• Work company-provided leads from initial conversation through close
• Build relationships with dealership decision-makers
• Present solutions, overcome objections and negotiate effectively
• Manage your opportunities and follow-up activity
• Consistently work toward approximately 2–5 new deals per month
• Grow your earnings through commission tied to sales performance

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of inside sales, B2B sales or related closing experience
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Confidence selling over the phone and building relationships quickly
• Competitive, money-motivated mentality
• Ability to independently manage opportunities through close
• Automotive dealership, automotive advertising, digital media or automotive SaaS experience is highly desirable
• Comfortable working onsite in Austin

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a contract-to-hire position with an hourly base equivalent to approximately $60,000 annually, plus commission while on contract .

Upon conversion, the base salary is $60,000 plus commission .
