Location: Remote - CST/EST Hours

Overview of project/skills required:

• Technical Analyst supporting the implementation of AI-first platform for the Insurance Brokerage business.
• This role will support the first phase of implementation by establishing processes for monitoring systems performance, identifying breaks/issues, reviewing logs, and creating dashboards for visibility across multiple internal and vendor platforms.
• The client is seeking a technical resource with the following skills/capabilities:
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Strong business analysis / systems analysis capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to accurately interpret requirements
  • Ability to work independently to get up to speed (learning agility)
  • Ability to develop new processes
  • Ability to document procedures
  • Experience with systems implementations / development cycles

Experience in logging and monitoring with ability to interpret/read logs from multiple tools
Experience building Data Dog dashboards and integrations
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
Experience with JIRA
