Job Description

Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Java Developer where you will play a crucial role in driving software development, cloud engineering, and automation initiatives. You will work closely with other developers and engineering teams to enhance developer productivity and apply modern engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Java development
Strong understanding of cloud engineering and DevOps practices
Proficiency in CI/CD and software quality practices
Experience with relevant programming languages and infrastructure tools
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in automation and developer productivity initiatives
Familiarity with broader DevEx and DevOps requirements
Strong collaborative skills with other developers and engineering teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Contribute to software development and cloud engineering projects
Implement automation and developer productivity enhancements
Collaborate with teams to apply CI/CD and modern engineering best practices
