Sr. AI/ML Engineer We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary AI/ML Architect to define and drive the AI strategy and technical direction of our platform. This role will lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions. Candidates with strong experience in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise-scale AI platforms will have a strong advantage. Responsibilities AI Strategy & Solution Architecture Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into AI‑driven strategies Lead the design and architecture of end‑to‑end AI systems, including data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, and deployment Define scalable and future‑ready AI architectures for enterprise‑grade systems Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to enhance product capabilities Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and developers Establish best practices for AI development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous learning within the AI team Conduct design reviews and guide teams on complex technical challenges LLMs, RAG & AI Systems (Highly Preferred) Architect and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) Design and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines Build AI agents and intelligent automation systems Apply prompt engineering and optimization techniques Ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost optimisation of LLM‑based system Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to design scalable AI infrastructure Define strategies for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management Ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise‑grade AI/ML solutions Proven experience leading AI strategy for large‑scale platforms or products Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning Proficiency in Python or Java and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn Strong practical experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents Hands‑on experience in building and deploying deep learning models Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and system design skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain or logistics domain Experience with distributed systems and large‑scale data platforms Certifications in cloud AI platforms or data engineering Publications or contributions to AI research or open‑source projects Proven track record of delivering high‑impact AI products Why Join KlearNow Define AI strategy for a global AI‑first product company Work on complex, real‑world problems in global trade and logistics Lead innovation in LLMs, RAG, and next‑generation AI systems Collaborate with a high‑performing engineering team Competitive compensation and strong leadership growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
